Refund Policy

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all conditions are met.

RETURN POLICY:

Even if you are satisfied, we'll gladly accept unused and unworn items within 14 days. (NO QUESTION ASKED)

Unopened items in original condition as shipped or picked up. Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery/pickup. 

Wrong item shipped / does not match what was shown on website. Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery/pickup.

Opened, non-defective items with no damage or significant signs of use. Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery/pickup. 

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Any cancellation requests received after an order has shipped will be treated the same as a return. We will attempt to intercept and recall the shipment with the carrier, though shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from the final refund. 

Refund Processing:
Once your returned product is received and inspected and its serial number has been verified, we will notify you of any issues. If the return is approved, we will refund the original method of payment. You should receive the refund within 2-7 business days. Returns are subject to restocking fees.
